We are looking for a high-performing Events Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in the events sector, especially international conferences and exhibitions.
- Follow the movement of competitors in the market.
- At least three years' experience in event management sales.
- Experienced in government sector events.
- Identifying market potential to establish a new account, achieve sales target, revenue and profitability goal.
- Regularly meet with clients and senior management .
- Develops and executes effective account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
- Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive companies in the market.
- Track and control market movement.
Skills
- Highly experienced and knowledgeable in the event sector.
- Must have a solid database and portfolio of clients within the event sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or any relevant course.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in KSA.
- Capable of establishing new business accounts and generate revenue for the company.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to think creatively.

Objectives of this role
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for MIX EVENTS, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Work to maintain our company’s digital presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for our company’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

The Event production manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of events. They will work with our wide range of clients, from corporations and government agencies. Their job is to ensure that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. The Event production manager will be involved in every aspect of an event’s creation—from initial concept through final execution. This includes everything from sourcing vendors and equipment to managing budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Managing staff and ensuring they have adequate training to perform their jobs.
- Creating a budget for the event based on projected attendee numbers.
- Reviewing contracts and making sure there are no problems with dates, locations, or other details.
- Coordinating all aspects of the event, including choosing vendors and contractors, setting up decorations, and arranging catering.
- Overseeing the production of materials such as booth/stand, stage, backdrops, tents, steel structures, brochures, invitations, catalogs, postcards, other printed materials…
- Managing the flow of people at events to ensure that lines do not form at food stations or other congested areas.
- Managing security at events to ensure that guests are safe and that rules are followed.
- Scheduling performers and speakers and making sure they arrive at the event on time.
- Establishing standards for event staff uniforms, badges, and other details to create a professional atmosphere.
Skills and qualifications:
- Leadership: motivate your team and encourage them to work together to achieve common goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to your team members.
- Communication: Communicate with many people throughout the planning and execution of our events. Communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers and staff. Effective communication is essential to the success of our events.
- Organization: Oversee multiple projects at once, and able to prioritize tasks and keep track of all the details of each project. Keep track of all the resources needed for each project, including staff, equipment and supplies.
- Problem-solving: Responsible for overseeing the entire production of an event. Including ensuring all aspects of the event are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the production of the event.
- Budgeting: Able to create a budget for our events. This includes estimating the costs of the venue, the staff, the equipment and any other resources needed for the event. A candidate with strong budgeting skills can ensure that our events are successful and profitable.
- Holds a bachelor degree in a related field, such as event management, hospitality or business. Engineering degree is a plus.
- Experience in the events field for at least 5 years.
